What Sets Us Apart
Our experience and education is what sets us apart, as well as the fact that we are relational and not transactional. Our experience can be seen by the hundreds of homes we have sold in the Kansas City area. We are a team that cares about relationships, which includes having incredible and competent professionals we use for title work, contractors, lenders and more. We also have a constant urge to be educated in the local and national real estate marketplace. We do this by listening to real estate podcasts, reading real estate periodicals and being a part of the Buffini Advanced Mastery class every year.

Experienced and reliable Larry Hedenkamp’s 40-year background in real estate includes ownership of a construction company, commercial office park, multifamily complexes, and single-family homes. He has bought, renovated and sold over 300 homes in Kansas City! Due to his vast personal investment knowledge, Larry understands the complex aspects as well as the emotional elements involved in real estate. This makes him the well-informed agent that is able to help with a range of real estate needs, including investment properties or a personal dream home.

Honest and dedicated Lauren Hedenkamp is a problem solver with tenacity. Her education background is in the arts and includes an undergraduate degree and Master of Fine Arts in Art History. That evolved into freelance interior design when she decided to team up with her father, Larry Hedenkamp and create The Hedenkamp Team Realtors at John Moffitt & Associates. The father daughter team is made up of two well informed agents and personal investors. Their knowledge ranges from investment property to helping first time homeowners acquire their dream houses. This range of knowledge and personal experience sets them apart from everyone else.
Beyond real estate Lauren enjoys cooking with her husband, exploring the KC culinary scene, and working on house projects.
